We usually meet twice a week, often on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a small core group to start. As the system takes shape, additional team members join the sessions and get fully onboarded into the workflow.

After your system is built and your team is fully onboarded, I offer optional retainers for ongoing support — including sales strategy, lead generation, client development, marketing execution, and hands-on help moving opportunities through the pipelines.
